Mr.Atikul heads the Design and Construction Department at Vista Land & Lifescaps Ltd. He has a background in Structure and Civil Engineering respectively, from Bangladesh University of Information Technology Sciences (BUITS). With over 7 years of practical experience in design and construction of high rise buildings, Mr.Atikul emphasizes on best practices of quality construction and global standards. He participated in training courses from institutions in Bangladesh; He has also extensive experience in research and academia.

Project Engr.

Mr.Ashan Habib heads the Design and Construction Department at Vista Land & Lifescaps Ltd. He has a background in Structure and Civil Engineering respectively, from World University of Bangladesh (WUIB). With over 6 years of practical experience in design and construction of high rise buildings, Mr.Ashan emphasizes on best practices of quality construction and global standards. He participated in training courses from institutions in Bangladesh; He has also extensive experience in research and academia.

Planning Department procures the land and study the feasibility of the total projects. This gives the main concentration on the Psychology of present market trend and on the method of demand and supply. This also provides the necessary information and plan to the architectural Department. This Department is equipped with a group of professionals to ensure the ultimate success of any Residential and Commercial development.
